Airtel Africa Plc has released an update on its total voting rights and capital structure as of September 30, 2025. The company confirmed that its issued share capital comprises 3,656,302,633 ordinary shares of USD 0.50 each, including 7,489,044 shares held in treasury.
These treasury shares do not carry voting rights. Consequently, the total number of voting rights available to shareholders stands at 3,648,813,589. This figure serves as the denominator for calculating shareholder interests under the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
The update was issued in compliance with Rule 5.6.1R and signed by Simon O’Hara, Group Company Secretary. Airtel Africa operates in 14 countries across sub-Saharan Africa, offering mobile voice, data, and mobile money services.
